Who We Are
Arvizu Crew Landscaping is a family owned lawn care and landscaping business based in Crockett, Texas, serving Houston, Brazos and Montgomery counties. This policy explains what information our website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Our website address is https://arvizucrewlandscaping.com.
Information You Give Us
The only place this website asks for your information is our estimate request form. When you submit that form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, property details and message you enter. We use that information for one purpose: to contact you about the estimate or service you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
You are never required to use the form. If you would rather not submit anything online, call us at 936-545-7924 or 936-222-8104.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs that record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting. Our security plugin also records failed login attempts, including the IP address they came from, to block brute force attacks against the site.
This website does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, Facebook trackers or any third party analytics or advertising service. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not track you across other websites.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The cookies that may be set are functional only: our caching system may store a cookie to serve pages faster, and WordPress sets cookies if you log in to the administrator area, which applies only to our own staff. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Service Providers We Use
A small number of third parties process data on our behalf in order to run the site:
- Hostinger hosts the website and stores form submissions and server logs.
- Brevo delivers the email notification generated when you submit the estimate form, so your submission passes through their mail servers.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading a font means your browser makes a request to Google, which discloses your IP address to Google in the process.
- Microsoft hosts our business email inbox, where your form submission arrives and is stored.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that data. We share information with them only as needed to operate the site and respond to you.
How Long We Keep It
Estimate requests are kept in our email records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job, for follow up work and for our business records. Server and security logs rotate on a much shorter schedule. If you would like us to delete an inquiry you sent us, ask and we will remove it.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@arvizucrewlandscaping.com or call one of the numbers above and we will take care of it. We will not charge you for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, administrator accounts are protected by limits on failed login attempts, and software is kept up to date automatically. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.
Children
This site is meant for property owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
