Lawn & Landscaping Services
Lawn Mowing & Maintenance
The service most people judge a landscaper by, and the one we refuse to rush. Every visit includes the cut, the edges, the trim work around beds and obstacles, and a full blow-down of walks, drives and patios, so the property looks finished, not just mowed.
We adjust deck height to the season and your turf type rather than scalping everything to one setting, which is the single fastest way to stress a St. Augustine or Bermuda lawn through an East Texas August.
- Weekly and bi-weekly recurring schedules
- Edging along walks, drives, curbs and beds
- String trimming around trees, posts and structures
- Full blow-down of all hard surfaces before we leave
Fertilization & Spraying
This is where a background in agronomy actually shows up in your yard. Feeding is programmed around your grass type, the soil it is sitting in, and the time of year. It is not pulled off a generic four-step chart written for a different climate.
Applications are measured and logged, so we know exactly what your lawn received and when. That is how you get steady colour through the season instead of a green surge followed by a burnt-out August.
- Seasonal fertilization programs matched to turf type
- Targeted broadleaf and grassy weed applications
- Fungus and insect treatments as conditions require
- Application records kept for every visit
Landscape Design & Installation
Plants fail in this part of Texas for predictable reasons: wrong species for the exposure, wrong spot for the drainage, wrong soil to begin with. We design around those realities first, then make it look good. That order is what keeps a landscape alive past year two.
From a single refreshed bed to a full front-yard rebuild, we handle layout, soil prep, planting, edging, mulch or stone, and sod installation.
- Planting plans chosen for sun, soil and drainage
- Bed construction, edging, mulch and decorative stone
- Sod installation and turf replacement
- Shrub shaping and ornamental maintenance
Tree Trimming
Good pruning is about what you leave, not how much you take. We lift canopies for clearance, remove deadwood and crossing limbs, and thin where airflow is needed. We do not top trees, which permanently weakens them no matter who tells you otherwise.
Clearance work around roofs, drives and power runs keeps storm season from turning a limb into an insurance claim.
- Canopy lifting and structural pruning
- Deadwood and storm-damaged limb removal
- Roofline, driveway and fence-line clearance
- All debris chipped and hauled off
Tree Removal
Dead, dying, leaning or simply in the wrong place. Removals are planned before anything is cut: drop zone, rigging, and what is underneath. The cheap crew that guesses is the one that puts a trunk through your fence.
We are fully insured and carry workers’ compensation, so if something goes wrong on your property, the liability is ours and not yours. That distinction matters more on this service than any other we offer.
- Full tree removal, including confined-space drops
- Storm damage response and hazard tree takedowns
- Complete debris haul-off and site cleanup
- Insured and workers’ comp covered on every removal
Weed Control
The real work in weed control is timing. A pre-emergent laid down at the right soil temperature stops the problem before you ever see it. The same product applied a month late does close to nothing. We schedule around the season, not around when someone remembers.
Post-emergent applications are spot-targeted so you are not blanketing a healthy lawn with chemical it does not need.
- Season-timed pre-emergent applications
- Targeted post-emergent spot treatment
- Bed, fence-line and hardscape weed management
- Products selected to suit your turf, not scorch it
Seasonal Cleanups
Twice a year your property needs more than a mow. Spring cleanups clear out what winter left behind and get beds ready to grow. Fall cleanups pull leaf litter off the turf before it mats down and smothers the grass underneath.
Everything we cut, rake or pull leaves with us. You are not left with a pile of bags at the curb.
- Spring bed cutbacks, dethatching and bed refresh
- Fall leaf removal and turf clearing
- Storm debris and overgrowth clearing
- Full haul-off, nothing left behind
Irrigation
Half the irrigation systems we inspect are watering the driveway, the fence, or a dry patch three feet from where the grass is actually struggling. Head adjustment and coverage mapping fix more brown spots than any product in a bag.
We install new zones, repair breaks and failed valves, adjust heads for real coverage, and tune controller schedules to the season so you are not paying to water in November at July settings.
- New sprinkler system installation and zone additions
- Leak, break, valve and controller repairs
- Head adjustment and coverage correction
- Seasonal schedule tuning to cut water waste
